PRMSC is a government-owned not-for-profit company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The ad says it runs the World Bank funded Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) in 16 selected tehsils of Punjab. - If you hold a BSc Engineering, your general experience is counted from the date you completed your engineering degree.
Sr. Manager Procurement, PPS-10, 1 post
- A Master’s degree in Procurement and Contracts Management, Business Administration or Project Management, or a BSc Engineering.
- 8 years of relevant experience in procurement and bids administration.
- 4 of those years on similar projects or assignments.
GIS Specialist, PPS-09, 1 post
- A Master’s degree in GIS or Space Sciences.
- 8 years of relevant experience in GIS mapping, MIS and database administration.
- 4 of those years on similar projects or assignments.
Assistant Manager Programming, PPS-07, 1 post
- A BS or BSc in Computer Science, IT or MIS.
- 3 years of relevant experience in computer programming and ICT.
Some rules apply to everyone. All degrees must be from institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). If you work in a government, semi-government or autonomous body, you must apply through proper channel with a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC). The ad says applications without an NOC, or with an expired or invalid one, will not be entertained. The ad also says female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay scale and job type
The ad prints PPS (project pay scale) levels, not BPS grades. Do not compare them with the BPS scales of regular government departments. The portal job pages show these monthly salary ranges:
- Chief Operating Officer (Operations), PPS-11: Rs 790,000 to 800,000
- Sr. Manager Procurement, PPS-10: Rs 560,000 to 570,000
- GIS Specialist, PPS-09: Rs 400,000 to 410,000
- Assistant Manager Programming, PPS-07: Rs 200,000 to 210,000
The portal lists all four posts under “Employment Status: Contract”. The ad itself does not mention the length of the contract. No TA/DA (travel or daily allowance) is paid for coming to the test or interview.
