PRMSC jobs 2026 are open: the Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) has advertised 37 posts at its Lahore head office and its tehsil offices, including 16 posts for female BCC Officers, and the last date is Monday, 21 September 2026. You apply online on the Punjab Jobs Portal, and the ad says you must also send a hard copy by post or courier.
PRMSC is a government-owned not-for-profit company. The ad says it runs a World Bank funded project, the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP), in 16 selected tehsils of Punjab. The ad is signed by PRMSC’s Manager Admin under the Local Government and Community Development Department. This page explains the posts, who can apply, and how to apply safely. The tehsil offices are in Noorpur Thal (Khushab), Isa Khel (Mianwali), Kot Momin (Sargodha), Kallar Kahar (Chakwal), Darya Khan (Bhakkar), Pakpattan, Bhawana (Chiniot), Ahmed Pur Sial (Jhang), Rojhan (Rajanpur), Liaqatpur (Rahim Yar Khan), Taunsa (DG Khan), Kahror Pakka (Lodhran), Khairpur Tamewali (Bahawalpur), Alipur (Muzaffargarh), Bahawalnagar and Shujabad (Multan).
Who can apply
The ad lists a separate qualification and experience for each post. Here they are in plain words:
- Manager Software Development (PPS-08): BS/BSc in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, and 5 years of experience in software development, MIS or database administration.
- Deputy Manager Audit (PPS-08): a Master’s in Finance, Auditing, Accounting or Commerce with 5 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment or fiduciary control. Or a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences with 10 years of similar experience, including audit of public expenditure.
- Deputy Manager Public Relations (PPS-07): a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Administration or Journalism, and 5 years of work in social or print media and press releases.
- Assistant Manager (IT) (PPS-07): BS/BSc in Computer Science, IT or MIS, and 3 years of experience in IT handling (software and hardware), MIS or database administration.
- Admin & Account Officer (PPS-7): a Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting, and 3 years of experience in financial management, accounting and budgeting.
- BCC Officer, Female (PPS-7): a Bachelor’s in Sociology, Mass Communications, Humanities and Arts, Commerce or Social Sciences, and 3 years of experience in social safeguards, community mobilization or communications.
- Computer Operator (PPS-4): Intermediate with a Diploma in Computer or IT, and 2 years of data entry experience.
- Office Assistant / Naib Qasid (PPS-2): literate.
BCC stands for behaviour change communication. According to the portal’s job page, BCC Officers support community campaigns about water, sanitation and hygiene. The BCC Officer posts are for women only, and the ad says female candidates are encouraged to apply for all posts.
A few more rules from the ad. All degrees must be from institutions recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). If you work in a government, semi-government or autonomous organisation, you must apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC). An application without an NOC, or with an old NOC, will not be entertained.

The ad does not say which tehsils the 8 Computer Operator and 6 Naib Qasid posts are in. Each post has its own page on the portal with a list of districts, so check that list before you apply.
Pay scale and job type
The ad gives pay scales only: PPS-08 for the Manager Software Development and Deputy Manager Audit posts, PPS-07 or PPS-7 for the other officer posts, PPS-4 for Computer Operators and PPS-2 for Office Assistant / Naib Qasid. These are PPS grades, so do not compare them with the BPS grades of government departments.
The Punjab Jobs Portal job pages show these monthly salary ranges:
- PPS-08: Rs 280,000 to 290,000
- PPS-07: Rs 200,000 to 210,000
- PPS-04: Rs 65,000 to 70,000
- PPS-02: Rs 45,000 to 50,000
The portal lists every post as a contract job. No TA/DA (travel or daily allowance) is paid for coming to the test or interview.
How to apply for PRMSC jobs 2026
Applying has two parts: the online application and the hard copy. Do both before the last date.
- Open the official portal. Go to jobs.punjab.gov.pk. This is the only official place to apply online.
- Register and log in. Click Register, enter your email and a password, and open the activation link the portal emails you. Then log in with your email, password and the captcha code.
- Complete your profile. Fill in your personal details, education, experience and skills in the Profile Builder. Departments see this profile, so make it complete and true.
- Find your PRMSC post. Search the jobs list for the post name, such as “BCC Officer Female”. Each of the 8 PRMSC posts has its own page. On the right page, the department shows as Local Government & Community Development Department, the project is the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project, and the last date is 21-09-2026.
- Apply online. Click Apply for this Job, fill in the short form and submit. You can apply for each job only once, and you cannot edit an application after you submit it.
- Send the hard copy. The ad says it is mandatory to send the application with hard copies of your documents (listed below) by post or courier to PRMSC, 5th Floor KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
- Keep proof. Save the portal confirmation and the courier or post receipt.

For the hard copy, the ad asks for:
- Your CV
- One passport-size photograph
- Attested copies of your CNIC
- Attested copies of educational certificates and degrees
- Attested copies of experience certificates
- A valid NOC, if you are a government, semi-government or autonomous employee

The ad does not mention any application fee, and applying on the Punjab Jobs Portal is free. Your only cost is the post or courier charge for the hard copy.
Selection process
- PRMSC checks applications against the criteria in the ad.
- If many people apply, PRMSC may set shortlisting criteria, such as threshold marks or a ratio of candidates, before the next stage.
- Only shortlisted candidates are called for interview. The ad also mentions a test, but no test date or syllabus has been announced.
- PRMSC may increase or decrease the number of vacancies, and may accept, reject or cancel any application, or the whole process, without giving a reason.
