These are senior posts. Both need about 10 years of experience (8 years for a PhD holder applying as Team Lead), so they suit experienced environmental managers and software team leads, not fresh graduates.

Domicile. The advertisement says applicants with a Punjab domicile should apply through the portal. However, both job pages on the Punjab Jobs Portal show “Domicile Only: LAHORE”. Team Lead (1 post)
The advertisement does not print the qualification. The portal job page asks for:
- A PhD in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences or Project Management with 8 years’ experience, or
- A Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Environmental Engineering or Sciences, Project Management or Engineering Management from an HEC-recognised university with 10 years’ experience,
- In both cases, a Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in one of these fields from an HEC-recognised university.
- Age: 40 to 55 years (portal).
The experience should be in management posts dealing with environmental matters and development projects or strategies, ideally on plastics: regulation, recycling, levies, capacity building and public awareness. The Team Lead is responsible for the Plastic Management Strategy and the Punjab single-use plastic regulations of 2023, the Punjab Green Development Program targets DLR 4-2 and 4-3, work plans and SOPs, and checking licensing applications before they go to the Environment Protection Agency.
Full Stack Development Manager (1 post)
The portal job page asks for:
- 16 years of education (Master’s or Bachelor’s Hons) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 10 years’ experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, back-end frameworks such as Python, ASP.NET or PHP, and database management. Android development experience is preferred.
- Age: 35 to 55 years (portal).
This manager improves and runs the online licensing system for plastics together with PITB, keeps the plastics database and management information system (PIMS) working, builds web and mobile features when needed, manages databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, writes SOPs, and trains EPCCD and EPA staff.
Pay scale and job type
The printed ad does not mention pay. The Punjab Jobs Portal lists:
- Team Lead: PPS-10, monthly salary shown as “0 - 500,000”, which means up to Rs 500,000
- Full Stack Development Manager: PPS-09, monthly salary shown as “0 - 425,000”, which means up to Rs 425,000
PPS is a project pay scale, not a regular BPS grade. The ad says the job is contract-based, initially until 30 June 2027, and further extendable. The portal marks both jobs as full time.
