PEIMA director jobs 2026 are open: the Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has advertised 6 contract posts in Lahore, including four Director posts, one Chief Audit Officer and one Assistant Director. Each post has one seat. The last date is 26 October 2026, and you can apply only online on the Punjab Jobs Portal.
The ad (IPL-10521) says PEIMA is an autonomous body set up under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. It was posted on the Punjab Jobs Portal on 4 October 2026. The ad image file on the portal is named “ReAdvertised”, but the printed ad itself does not say it is a re-advertisement. We checked every figure on this page against the printed ad and the six portal job pages on 10 October 2026.

PEIMA says it is committed to providing quality education to children across the province. These are senior management jobs, so most posts ask for 10 years of experience, including senior-level work in a medium or large organization.
Who can apply
Every post needs at least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university. Preference goes to M.Phil or PhD holders in the listed subjects. The ad also says candidates with experience of working with government agencies, NGOs, and international and domestic donor organizations, and with sound knowledge of the education sector, will be preferred. The portal pages list “Both” under gender and Third division (33% and above) as the minimum. The ad does not mention domicile or any age relaxation.
- Director (HR & Admin), age 35 to 55: 16 years of education in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration (MPA), Social Sciences, or Arts and Humanities. At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years at senior level, in HR policies, service rules, disciplinary frameworks, workforce planning, performance management, administration, asset management and procurement.
- Director (Partnership & Collaboration), age 35 to 55: 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences. At least 10 years of experience, including 3 years at senior level, in resource mobilization, fundraising from donors and the corporate sector (CSR), partnerships and MoUs, strategic communication, branding, media relations and donor reporting.
- Director (Academics & Research), age 35 to 55: 16 years of education in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences or Social Sciences. At least 10 years of experience, including 3 years at senior level, in research, curriculum design and review, assessment, teacher professional development, academic quality assurance and policy analysis.
- Director (Monitoring & Evaluation), age 35 to 55: 16 years of education in Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, Data Sciences, MIS or Mathematics. At least 10 years of experience, including 3 years at senior level, in M&E frameworks for large programs, KPIs, logical frameworks, data collection tools, impact evaluations, third-party verification and reporting to donors.
- Chief Audit Officer, age 30 to 45: ACCA, ICMA or CA, or 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting or Commerce. At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk management and compliance. Experience of medium to high revenue projects, withdrawal applications, Special Drawing Accounts and government accounting will be preferred.
- Assistant Director (Training & OAT), age 25 to 35: 16 years of education in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field. At least 3 years of experience organizing training workshops and events, keeping training records and helping develop training materials.

Pay scale and job type
These are not BPS posts. The ad says the positions are contract-based “on a lump-sum pay package”, and it prints one monthly figure for each post:
- Director (HR & Admin), Director (Partnership & Collaboration), Director (Academics & Research) and Director (Monitoring & Evaluation): Rs 750,000 a month each
- Chief Audit Officer: Rs 350,000 a month
- Assistant Director (Training & OAT): Rs 225,000 a month
The portal pages list every post as a contract job. The ad does not state the contract period or promise permanent employment.
How to apply for PEIMA director jobs 2026
- Pay the fee first. Open the PEIMA challan page at peima.pesrp.edu.pk/user/generate_challan, generate a challan of Rs 3,000 for each post you want, and pay it. Keep a clear photo or scan of the paid challan.
- Open the official portal. Go to jobs.punjab.gov.pk. The ad says applications must be submitted online through this portal.
- Register and log in. Create an account with your email and a password, open the activation link sent to your email, and log in.
- Complete your profile. Add your personal details, education and experience. Enter correct dates, because PEIMA counts verifiable post-qualification experience.
- Open your post. Each post has its own page, for example Director (HR & Admin), Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) and Chief Audit Officer. Check that it shows PEIMA and the last date 26-10-2026.
- Apply and upload the fee proof. Click Apply, upload the payment evidence, and submit before 26 October 2026. Save the confirmation.

Documents you need
The ad does not print a full document list. It does say you must upload proof of the fee deposit, and that serving government employees need a valid NOC wherever applicable. Applications without the required information or documents will not be entertained.

Application fee
The fee is Rs 3,000 for each post, and it is non-refundable. If you apply for two posts, you pay twice. Generate the challan only on the official PEIMA link printed in the ad, pay it, and upload the payment evidence on the Job Portal. The ad says any application submitted without valid proof of the deposit will be rejected.
Selection process
- PEIMA checks each application against the eligibility criteria for that post.
- Only shortlisted candidates who meet the criteria will be called for a written test and/or interview.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the test or interview.
- Any vague, false, forged or misleading information or document leads to disqualification at any stage, and legal action may follow.
- PEIMA can increase or decrease the number of posts, cancel or withdraw any position, or hold the process at any stage without giving a reason.
The ad does not give a test date, syllabus or merit formula.

One name differs. The printed ad names the sixth post “Assistant Director (Training & OAT)”. The portal job page calls it “Assistant Director (Training & QAT)”. It is the same post, with the same pay, age limit and experience. We use the printed name.
Beware of fake job offers
No agent, officer or website can get you a PEIMA job for money. The only fee is Rs 3,000 per post, paid through the official PEIMA challan link. Anyone who asks for extra money is cheating you. Apply only on jobs.punjab.gov.pk and never share your portal password. If someone asks you for money, report it through the Pakistan Citizen’s Portal.
