Pay scale and job type
These posts are not on the regular BPS scale. The ad says they are on the Special PERA Pay Package (SPPP), which is negotiable. SPPP levels run from SPPP-2 (highest, for Head) down to SPPP-5 (for Assistant Manager and System Support Officer). The contract is initially for 3 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
