You register on the official Punjab bike scheme portal, which is linked from the scheme page at punjab.gov.pk/cm-ebikes-scheme. The steps are:

  1. Open the official bike scheme portal and choose sign up / register.
  2. Enter your CNIC number and mobile number, and verify the OTP sent to your phone.
  3. Fill the application form with your personal, education, and domicile details.
  4. Upload any required documents and submit, then save your tracking / application number.

Who is eligible

Based on the announced criteria, you generally need to:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be a regular student of an HEC-recognized college or university
  • Hold a valid motorcycle learner’s permit or driving licence

How selection works (e-balloting)
