The green tractor scheme ballot result tells you whether you have been picked for a subsidised tractor under the CM Punjab Green Tractor Program. As of 19 September 2026, the Phase 4 result is not out yet. Applications closed on 5 September 2026, and we found no confirmed date for the ballot.
How to check in 3 steps (once the result is out)
- Go to the official portal, gts.punjab.gov.pk, and look for the Balloting Result link.
- Enter the 13-digit CNIC you applied with, and answer the simple maths captcha.
- Tap Submit and read your result. If there is no result link yet, the result has not been published.

The ballot has not happened, so nobody knows the Phase 4 winners yet. A website or message showing a “Phase 4 winners list” today is not official.
Ballot dates can move: the Phase 1 ballot, first reported for October 2024, was held on 1 November 2024. Go by the Agriculture Department’s own announcement, not by dates on blogs.
Where the result will be announced
Earlier results were shared in several ways:

We could not confirm whether Phase 4 winners will get an SMS. Don’t wait for one: check the portal yourself.
What the result page asked for before
After earlier ballots, the portal had a public Ballot Result page. It asked for only two things:
- Your CNIC, as 13 digits
- The answer to a maths captcha (a small sum shown as a picture)
It did not ask for a password, an OTP, a bank account or any payment. If a “result” page asks for any of those, close it.
A note on the page said the result was provisional and “subject to errors and omissions”, that every winner is screened under Schedule IV of the Government of Pakistan (a security check), and that winners collect their allotment letter from the Deputy Director Agriculture (Extension) in their district.
An older copy of that page, from an earlier phase, is still online. A “not found” there says nothing about Phase 4. We have not quoted the exact result messages, because seeing them needs a real CNIC.
How earlier ballots were run
Every phase so far has been decided by a ballot among eligible applicants, opened by the Chief Minister at a public event.

In Phase 3 there was roughly one tractor for every 43 applicants. Being eligible is not the same as being selected.
If you are selected: what to do next
The official Phase 4 application form sets out what a winner must do:
- Collect your allotment letter. In earlier phases, it came from the Agriculture (Extension) office in your district.
- Pay your share on time. Within the time given in the letter, deposit your own share of the tractor price, plus the registration fee, card fee, number plate fee and transfer fee.
- Take the model you chose. The company and model (50 to 65 horsepower) you picked when you applied cannot be changed.
- Keep the tractor. It stays registered in your name for at least 3 years. Selling it before then is an offence.
The Phase 4 subsidy is Rs 750,000, so your share is the price of your model minus that amount. In Phase 1, The News reported that winners paid at any Bank of Punjab branch and got their tractor from the nearest dealer. Phase 4 may work differently, so follow your own letter.
Deadlines are strict. After the Phase 3 ballot, winners had until 6 March 2026, later extended to 31 March 2026, to collect their letters and pay. The department said those who missed it would lose their chance to farmers on the waiting list.
If you are not selected
Not being picked is the most common result, because there are far more applicants than tractors.
- The ballot is random. No office or agent can change it for money.
- There may be a waiting list. Phase 3 used one for allotments that were not paid on time. We could not confirm this for Phase 4.
- You can try again later. Phase 4 barred earlier winners, not farmers who applied and lost. If a new phase opens, check its own rules.
- Get your land record right. Phase 4 needed at least 5 acres of verified land. Our Punjab land record guide shows how to check yours.
Common problems and what to do
No result shows, or it says pending. The ballot has probably not been held or published yet. Check again after it is announced.
Your CNIC is “not found”. Make sure you are on the Phase 4 result page, not an old page from an earlier phase. Type the same CNIC you applied with, all 13 digits. If it still fails, call 0800-17000.
You cannot log in to your account. The Phase 4 login page asks for your CNIC, password and a captcha, and it shows no “forgot password” link. Call the helpline or visit your district Agriculture Extension office. Don’t pay anyone to log in for you.
You applied on a paper form. Farmers in non-computerised mauzas handed their forms to the Deputy Director Agriculture (Extension) office. Ask that office about your result.
You changed your mobile number. Check the portal by CNIC instead, or call the helpline.
Checking is free: avoid ballot scams
Fake calls and messages increase at result time.
- Checking your result is free. The portal and the helpline cost nothing.
- Nobody can get you selected for money. The ballot is random.
- A “you have won” call that asks for a fee is fraud. Pay your share only in the way your official allotment letter says, never into a personal account.
- Never share an OTP or password, even with someone who says they are from the Agriculture Department.
If someone asks you for money, report it through the Pakistan Citizen’s Portal.
