Who can apply
Each post has its own qualification and experience. The ad does not mention an age limit, domicile, gender or any quota. The portal pages list “Both” under gender, so men and women can apply. Degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutes, and diplomas from recognized institutes.

- Draftsman, 1 post: a 3-year diploma in Civil or Architecture from a recognized institute, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience after the diploma. You must be computer literate, with experience in AutoCAD or other 2D/3D drawing software.
The ad says it is your own job to check that you are eligible for the post before you apply. If you are not sure whether your experience counts as “relevant”, read the job description on the portal page for that post first.
Pay scale and job type
These are not BPS posts. The ad prints one fixed gross salary per post, in rupees per month, “inclusive of all benefits & applicable taxes”. So tax and any benefits are already counted inside this figure.
- Mechanical Engineer: Rs 350,000
- Contracts Engineer: Rs 350,000
- Chief Quantity Surveyor (QS): Rs 300,000
- Draftsman: Rs 120,000
The portal pages show the salary as a range starting from 0 (for example “0 - 350,000”). That is just how the portal displays the field. The printed ad gives the fixed amounts above.
The ad says the PMU is being set up “for the period of 12 months”, and the portal lists all four posts as contract jobs. The ad does not promise permanent employment or an extension.

Apply only on jobs.punjab.gov.pk, and never share your portal password. If someone asks you for money, report it through the Pakistan Citizen’s Portal.
