- Age bracket: 24 to 34 years
The portal listings summarize the education as “Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years)”, but the printed ad is more specific: it asks for a civil engineering degree. A degree in another subject does not match the ad.
Age relaxation: the ad says relaxation in the upper age limit will be given as per PLRA Rules/Policy. It does not list the years of relaxation.
Gender and inclusion: the ad says females, transgenders and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply. The portal shows that both men and women can apply.
Domicile: the ad asks for a copy of your domicile with the application, but it does not limit the posts to any district.
Government servants should send their applications through proper channel.
Pay scale and job type
The ad gives each post a PLRA Pay Grade (PPG), which is PLRA’s own grade and not a BPS scale:
- Deputy Director Development: PPG-7, salary package PKR 218,250
- Assistant Director Development: PPG-6, salary package PKR 135,500
The Punjab Jobs Portal listings show a monthly salary range instead: 215,000 to 220,000 for the Deputy Director and 135,000 to 140,000 for the Assistant Director. The printed ad figures fall inside these ranges. We follow the ad, which does not itself say whether the package is per month.
Both jobs are on contract for a period of three (3) years, extendable on satisfactory performance. The portal lists them as full time.

- Apply and attach documents. Click Apply for this Job, attach the documents listed below and submit.
- One application per post. If you apply for both posts, submit a separate application for each one. For a posted application, write the post name clearly on the envelope.
- Keep the confirmation and finish before 20 October 2026, 5 pm.
