Assistant Director (Administration)
- Education: a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: at least 2 years in office administration, human resources, procurement or general management, preferably in a public sector or non-profit organisation.
Assistant Director (Accounts)
- Education: a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. The ad says professional accounting qualifications are highly desirable.
- Experience: at least 2 years in financial management, accounting, budgeting or auditing, preferably in a public sector or non-profit setting.
The ad does not print “16 years” for the Accounts post, but the portal page for it lists the degree level as Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years).
Age: maximum 35 years for all three posts. The ad says age relaxation under government policy is already included in this limit, so do not expect extra years on top. The portal pages show the age range as 21 to 35.
Women and persons with disabilities: the portal pages show that both men and women can apply. The ad says persons with disabilities (PWDs) can also apply, along with their disability certificate. Pay scale and job type
The ad prints a lump sum of Rs 120,000 per month for each post. The Punjab Jobs Portal pages show “Monthly Salary 0 to 120,000” and list the level as BPS-17, but the ad itself does not mention a BPS scale. Treat Rs 120,000 lump sum as the official pay.
The appointment is on a contract basis, at first for one year. The ad says the contract may be extended as per rules, policy or recruitment. The ad does not mention any other allowances.
