Who can apply
The printed ad sets three rules for everyone:
- You must have a Punjab domicile. The ad says applicants with domicile in Punjab are required to apply through the Punjab job portal.
- If you are already in government service, you must apply through proper channel and attach an NOC issued by your department or employer.
- Incomplete or illegible applications will not be entertained.
The printed ad does not list qualifications, experience or age. Those details are on the six Punjab Jobs Portal listings. Every listing asks for 16 years of education (a Master’s or a four-year Bachelor’s Hons degree), shows an age range of 18 to 55, and is open to both men and women.
Chief Executive Officer
The portal asks for a degree in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering or Sciences, Management, Public Policy, Climate Finance, Sustainable Development or Climate Science. You need at least 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership (CXO) role. It also asks for a proven record in fundraising, financial management and strategic planning, and a strong understanding of environmental and climate change issues. ESG, fund management and sustainable development experience is an added advantage.
Chief Financial Officer
The degree can be in Accounting, Business Administration, Chartered Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance or Public Finance. You need at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in sustainability (ESG), philanthropy or fund management. The listing also mentions public sector experience, investments, grant management, and a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, planning and budgeting.
Company Secretary
The degree can be in Business Administration or Law, and the portal lists a chartered company secretary qualification. The listing asks for 7 to 10 years of company secretarial or governance experience, preferably in Section 42 organisations, public sector companies or development sector institutions. Experience of managing Board affairs, SECP compliance and regulatory liaison is required.
Chief Internal Auditor
The degree area is Chartered Accountancy, and the portal lists CISA, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner under required certifications. You need at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years at senior management or manager level in internal audit, and at least 4 years in an auditing firm or audit services organisation. Public sector or state-owned enterprise experience is preferred.
General Manager, Programs & Initiatives
The degree can be in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering or Sciences, Management, Public Policy, Sustainable Development or Climate Science. You need at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role, with program management and strategy work in environmental or social impact sectors, and a record in stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
Assistant Manager, Procurement
The degree can be in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management. The portal lists MCIPS membership from CIPS or Certified Professional in Supply Management under required certifications. You need 5 years of overall experience, including 3 years in procurement. Proven experience of the Punjab PPRA Rules is mandatory. Experience of EPADS (the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and of drafting procurement contracts is preferred.
Pay scale and job type
The ad says all positions are on a contract basis for 3 years. It does not print a salary, pay scale or package. The portal listings show the level as “Not Applicable (N/A)” and the employment status as full time, with no salary figure.
So do not believe any salary number you see on job blogs or social media. The ad also says no TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview, so plan your own travel to Lahore.

- Open the official Punjab Jobs Portal. If you are new, click Register, enter an email address you can open, set a password, and open the activation link the portal emails you.
- Log in and complete the Profile Builder: personal details, CNIC, domicile district, every degree and every job you have held. The portal matches your profile against each listing, so fill in the education and experience tabs fully.
- Find the PECCEF post you want. Each post has its own listing: Chief Executive Officer, Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, General Manager, Programs & Initiatives and Assistant Manager, Procurement.
- Read the listing again and compare the degree area, experience and certifications with your own documents.
- Click Apply. The portal asks for your current and expected salary, then you submit. You should see a confirmation message on screen and get an email and a text message.
- If you are a government employee, send your application through proper channel with an NOC from your department, as the ad requires.
- Finish everything before 23 September 2026.

Selection process
For PECCEF jobs 2026, the ad says the test or interview date will be communicated to shortlisted candidates only. It does not describe a written test pattern or syllabus. Beware of fake job offers
No agent, officer or “contact” can get anyone a government job. PECCEF shortlists candidates from their online applications, and you pay nothing to apply.
