The ad says the experience should preferably be in designing and running communication strategies and campaigns, making high-impact audio-visual content, supervising content teams (writers, videographers, editors, designers and digital media staff), digital media platforms and analytics tools, and media relations and advocacy campaigns.
Creative Content Writer (PPS-08, 1 post)
You must be 35 years or younger. You need a Master’s degree, at least second division, in Mass Communication, Journalism, Journalism Studies, Communication Studies, Media Studies, Media & Communication Studies or an equivalent subject from a recognised university, plus one year of relevant experience after the degree.
3-D Animator (PPS-08, 2 posts)
You must be 35 years or younger and a graduate in fine arts from any recognised university or college. The ad does not ask for experience.
Graphic Designer (PPS-07, 2 posts)
You must be 35 years or younger and a graduate in fine arts from any recognised university or college. The ad does not ask for experience.
Pay scale and job type
The ad prints a monthly salary for each post, each with annual increment:
- Communication Manager (PPS-10): Rs 500,000 per month
- Creative Content Writer (PPS-08): Rs 218,750 per month
- 3-D Animator (PPS-08): Rs 218,750 per month
- Graphic Designer (PPS-07): Rs 157,500 per month
These are contract jobs under a development project. The ad says the appointments are temporary, non-transferable, specific to the job, non-pensionable, and give no right to regularisation. The contract runs up to 30 June 2027. If the project period is shortened or extended, the contract order will be amended with the approval of the competent authority. Selected candidates will also not get pay protection.

- Fill in the form. It asks for the post applied for, the ad date and closing date, your date of birth and age, name, father’s or husband’s name, CNIC number, email, mobile number, postal address, domicile, and each qualification with year, marks and division.
- Write the post you are applying for clearly, as the ad requires. The form has one box for the post, so if you want two posts, using a separate form for each is the safer choice.
- Attach your CV, three recent passport-size photographs and attested copies of all documents (see the list below).
- Address it to the Secretary Agriculture, Government of the Punjab, 2-Bank Road, Lahore, and make sure it reaches by 23 September 2026.

Because the form must reach Lahore by the last date, post it or send it by courier several days early and keep the receipt. The ad says late or incomplete applications will not be considered. The ad does not mention any application fee. Your only cost is the postage or courier to Lahore. The ad also says no TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview.
Selection process
