You need CA, ACCA, ACMA or an equivalent qualification (16 years of education) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline recognized by the HEC. You also need at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts and Finance, including at least 2 years in ERP implementation.
Manager Civil Works (Head Office Lahore)
You need a BS or BE in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university and registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a professional engineer, plus at least 8 years in civil works, construction management or infrastructure development.
Assistant Manager Internal Audit (Sargodha / Rawalpindi Division)
You need one of these: CA, CIMA or ACCA (at least finalist level); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE); Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA); or 16 years of education in Finance, Commerce or Accounting from an HEC recognized university. You also need at least 3 years in internal audit, financial audit or compliance.
Front Desk Officer (Head Office Lahore)
You need 16 years of education in any discipline from an HEC recognized university, proficiency in MS Office, and professional communication in Urdu and English, plus at least 1 year in front desk management or a public-facing administrative role.
Pay scale and job type

When we checked on 15 September 2026, the careers page on the PCMMDC website said “There are no open positions at this time”. The ad itself tells you to apply on the Punjab Jobs Portal, where all five posts were listed as open until 23 September 2026.
Beware of fake job offers
